Job Duties
- Accountable for retail learning and implementation, delivering meaningful and expert content with a blended approach that fit local market needs
- Part of the HK and Macau learning team to ensure consistent performance and desired behavior in the boutiques
- Partner closely with Retail Team Leaders and Staffs to ensure transfer of learning into client journey as per each boutique’s characteristics
- Be the advisor to address business and people development needs based on quantitative and quantitative evidences
- Develop the learning team and drive continuous improvement according to corporate governance and brand standards
- Collaborate and inspire the learning and retail team to be self-directed learners and provide insights to improve the overall learning roadmaps
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10 years working experience, of which 5+ years in a managerial role
- Possesses up-to-date knowledge of the end-to-end training management function with blended approaches and evidence-based methodologies, from analysis, design, development, to delivery and measurement
- Proven ability on team leadership and stakeholder management
- Good experience in people development and managing challenging staffing issues
- Excellent commercial sense to connect learning engagement with results or people development
- Solid exposure in service or retail industry at multi-national corporation
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
