Job Duties

  • Accountable for retail learning and implementation, delivering meaningful and expert content with a blended approach that fit local market needs
  • Part of the HK and Macau learning team to ensure consistent performance and desired behavior in the boutiques
  • Partner closely with Retail Team Leaders and Staffs to ensure transfer of learning into client journey as per each boutique’s characteristics
  • Be the advisor to address business and people development needs based on quantitative and quantitative evidences
  • Develop the learning team and drive continuous improvement according to corporate governance and brand standards
  • Collaborate and inspire the learning and retail team to be self-directed learners and provide insights to improve the overall learning roadmaps

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years working experience, of which 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Possesses up-to-date knowledge of the end-to-end training management function with blended approaches and evidence-based methodologies, from analysis, design, development, to delivery and measurement
  • Proven ability on team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Good experience in people development and managing challenging staffing issues
  • Excellent commercial sense to connect learning engagement with results or people development
  • Solid exposure in service or retail industry at multi-national corporation
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Job Duties
  • Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees
