Job Duties
- Advise and consult with Market HR Leads and Business Partners in C&B topics
- Manage the regional merit review process from budget and timeline setting, to implementation accordance to corporate guidelines'
- Manage the Job Mapping function for the region
- Conduct regional reward analysis and ensure delivery of benchmarking exercises and incentive programs
- Partner with market HR on staff movements and transfers
- Accountable for the C&B related system matters (SAP HR)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or another business-related field
- Solid exposure in a regional compensation and benefits role
- Professional communication and analytical skills
- Strong HR systems aptitude
- Excellent organizational/project management skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
