Job Duties

  • Advise and consult with Market HR Leads and Business Partners in C&B topics
  • Manage the regional merit review process from budget and timeline setting, to implementation accordance to corporate guidelines'
  • Manage the Job Mapping function for the region
  • Conduct regional reward analysis and ensure delivery of benchmarking exercises and incentive programs
  • Partner with market HR on staff movements and transfers
  • Accountable for the C&B related system matters (SAP HR)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or another business-related field
  • Solid exposure in a regional compensation and benefits role
  • Professional communication and analytical skills
  • Strong HR systems aptitude
  • Excellent organizational/project management skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
