Regional expansion headcount with European Based Private Equity Group with USD 100Bill+ AUM and over 20 offices worldwide is in search Regional HR Generalist.
Job Duties
- Report to Global Head of HR Operations and Regional Head of HR
- Accountable for HR Operations, Payroll/Benefit Administration, On/Off Boarding, Training/Orientation coordination
- Prepare value added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review
- Timely management of employees’ enquiries
- Facilitate the implementation of global/regional HR initiatives related to system automation and corporate governance
Requirements
- Overseas graduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Human Resources or other related disciplines
- 5 years of Regional HR Operations/Generalist experience earned from Int’l Financial Institutions
- Motivated team worker with proactive attitude to take up responsibilities
- People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
- Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English
