Representing the world’s industry leader in chemical material solutions to search for Regional HR Share Services Operations Associate.

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive HR operations support by collaborating with HRBP and line managers across AP region
  • Accountable for employee life cycle management from contract preparation, on/off boarding to orientation process 
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll by working closely with external vendors 
  • Facilitate annual audit, expatriate/mobility related issues to regional HR initiatives related to Workday system automation & corporate governance 
  • Timely management of employees’ enquiries 

Requirements

  • Graduate in BSc in HR Management or related disciplined 
  • 4 years+ of Regional HR Operations/Generalist experience earned from MNC
  • Motivated team worker with proactive attitude to take up responsibilities 
  • People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good written & spoken English
