Representing the world’s industry leader in chemical material solutions to search for Regional HR Share Services Operations Associate.
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive HR operations support by collaborating with HRBP and line managers across AP region
- Accountable for employee life cycle management from contract preparation, on/off boarding to orientation process
- Ensure timely processing of payroll by working closely with external vendors
- Facilitate annual audit, expatriate/mobility related issues to regional HR initiatives related to Workday system automation & corporate governance
- Timely management of employees’ enquiries
Requirements
- Graduate in BSc in HR Management or related disciplined
- 4 years+ of Regional HR Operations/Generalist experience earned from MNC
- Motivated team worker with proactive attitude to take up responsibilities
- People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Good written & spoken English
