Job Duties

  • As part of the strategic HR Business Team
  • Manage L&D (CPT / mandatory training / orientation) 
  • Conduct training needs analysis, source appropriate programs by working closely with business, external vendors & training academy in HQ 
  • Drive regional HR automation projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 8 years+/- L&D, HR Project Management or Generalist experience earned from int’l financial institutions or banks 
  • People oriented and proactive personality with strong adaptation to working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Hands on, detail oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint 
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Job Duties
