Job Duties
- As part of the strategic HR Business Team
- Manage L&D (CPT / mandatory training / orientation)
- Conduct training needs analysis, source appropriate programs by working closely with business, external vendors & training academy in HQ
- Drive regional HR automation projects
Requirements
- Degree holder with 8 years+/- L&D, HR Project Management or Generalist experience earned from int’l financial institutions or banks
- People oriented and proactive personality with strong adaptation to working in a multi-cultural environment
- Hands on, detail oriented and organized
- Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
