• As part of Senior Regional Management Team and report to Regional Head of Investment & Product/DPM Asia (covering Advisory, Discretionary Portfolio Management and product specialists/research)
• Oversight Biz Mgmt with focus in Investment & Product Strategies/Governance in AP by collaborating with HQ
• Project lead to review & implement procedures and controls across Investment & Product Solutions to ensure adherence of regulatory, governance and platform changes initiatives

• As part of the senior management function to drive and implement all strategic initiatives across the region 
• Assume the role as PM to oversight/drive process improvements including automation/streamlining, fintech/ebanking for Asia region to facilitate regulatory initiatives & future business strategic growth
• Evaluate biz impacts and conduct gap analysis of business and operational processes to ensure that they are in line with Head office processes

• Drive ongoing systems implementation/ enhancement projects
• Collect users’ requirement, support in the configuration of system functions, perform UAT, deliver training and troubleshoot the bugs
• Work as a bridge between the business users and external vendors

• Communicate effectively with business users to understand customer needs and provide professional procurement solutions from Marketing, HR, Facilities and other Professional & IT Services
• Strive to ensure best practice across the organizations and partner closely with subject experts to ensure compliance of regulations and utilization of global contracts
• Develop effective strategy for sourcing, vendor management and operation processes and ensure smooth executions

• Report to the Head of Learning, and be the digital learning subject matter expert to formulate digital learning strategy and its implementation according to corporate directions and market needs and priorities
• Promote, educated, and stimulate usage of the new learning platform with enhanced level of social and self-learning capabilities according to agreed KPI
• Cultivate a positive digital learning culture in the organization with focus on retail employees

• Report directly to the Business Leader within Asia Pacific Region
• Work as the Team Leader of the Account Management team to provide high standard services to the dealers / suppliers
• Conduct regular business analysis and set the business strategies & KPIs

• Support Regional Business & Project Management Team
• Facilitate timely production of management reports; coordination of meetings with stakeholder from front to back office across AP & HQ
• Assist in project coordination/communication related to new business development, regulatory and digitalisation initiatives

• Leadership position in the planning, design, procurement, implementation, and testing of a newly set up infrastructure system
• Accountable for the strategic maintenance plan, control and governance, and continuous delivery of the 7x24 maintenance service
• Lead the security and operation assessment and audit, and response drill to comply with security requirements

The jobholder supervises a team to - 

• Oversight private banking business operations control; account services & documentation functions including new accounts opening, account maintenance/closure, static data maintenance to hold mail and physical materials arrangement 
• Ensure quality corporate administrative support to front office private bankers and sales assistant 
• Ensure timely deliverables to ensuring the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance by working closely with front office, operations and compliance/risk departments 

• Act as the first level contact point for all IT related matters
• Responsible for handling incoming enquiries from office or frontline users and technical troubleshooting
• Monitor the status of the reported cases and make sure it is settled within a reasonable timeframe

• Responsible for all rounded Office administration function. Job duties include procurement, facilities maintenance, vendor management as well as coordinating company events
• Supervise a small team of administrative staffs
• Plan and execute company renovation projects
