• Produce businses performance and inventory reports
• Analyze variance on forecasts and demand plans and highlight risks and recommend corrective actions
• Review sales forecasts, seasonal trends, and product life cycle

• Perform daily G/L accounting work including more specialized financial tasks including lease and fixed asset accounting
• Ensure proper compliance of local statutory reporting and accounting standards (e.g. HKFRS / IFRS) when handling closing and reporting work
• Communicate closely with internal counterparts locally and regionally to resolve operational, internal control, and system matters  

As part of the regional audit team, holding full accountabilities: 

• Plan and conduct periodic risk based reviews to identify improvement of the bank’s control
• Serve as the key member of group internal audit to work with compliance, 1st and 2nd line of defence to promote governance control & regulatory requirements
• Primary facilitator in driving any ad hoc requests by management and regulators

• Acting as the coordinator for the Business Management to oversight daily business activities

• Consolidating timely reports to senior management 

• Report to CFO, Regional Head of Finance and partner with a team of professional accountants
• Accountable for regional financial reporting by reviewing monthly financial packages, quarterly consolidation in accordance to financial reporting standards 
• Approve claims/payment, fund transfer processes and bank reconciliation 

• Review and implement strategic retail sales plan, track performance, and recommend action plans in order to empower a motivated frontline team across the region.

• Lead a small team in HK & Taiwan to monitor the operations to ensure an efficient and integrated support to retail stores.
