The jobholder supervises a team to - 

• Oversight private banking business operations control; account services & documentation functions including new accounts opening, account maintenance/closure, static data maintenance to hold mail and physical materials arrangement 
• Ensure quality corporate administrative support to front office private bankers and sales assistant 
• Ensure timely deliverables to ensuring the fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance by working closely with front office, operations and compliance/risk departments 

• Act as the first level contact point for all IT related matters
• Responsible for handling incoming enquiries from office or frontline users and technical troubleshooting
• Monitor the status of the reported cases and make sure it is settled within a reasonable timeframe

• Responsible for all rounded Office administration function. Job duties include procurement, facilities maintenance, vendor management as well as coordinating company events
• Supervise a small team of administrative staffs
• Plan and execute company renovation projects

• Ensure timely production of trade booking/reconciliation; continuous monitoring of corporate action/operations issues 
• Tackle front office traders / portfolio managers enquiries related to trade related aspects
• Active participation in continuous process/system enhancement to cater for innovation, new markets/products initiatives

• Monitor standardized procure-to-pay / order-to-cash activities being executed properly under business service for several countries in Asia
• Produce timely submission of reports to management and headquarters
• Coach and Collaborate within the team on daily operation to ensure proper fulfillment of all statutory requirements and corporate guidelines

• Design, deploy, and manage IT solutions across the Supply Chain within the framework
• Subject matter expert about latest technology solutions and trends
• Life cycle management and continuous improvement on existing applications

• Report to Regional Head of Business Management & Risk
• BR function serve as the bridge between Sales, Front office and Compliance/CDD team for COB & PR Cases
• Gate-Keeper of KYC/SOW; product suitability; selling process and transaction review

• Report to North Asia Head of Compliance and act as the team lead function by supervising 2-3 subordinates for regulatory, product and surveillance functions
• Key person for the HKMA and SFC on regulatory matters re regulatory notifications, self-assessments, on-site examination, complaints handling and regulatory enquires
• Assume in-house regulatory advisory, general compliance and surveillance functions to Snr Mgmt, line managers across FTB Offices in AP and HQ

• Plan & carry out group level re-branding projects
• Build, revamp and maintain the communication channels include social media platforms, company website & corporate videos
• Partner closely with media, KOL and PR agencies to maximize the Company recognition and the Brand image

• Report to Head of HR, be accountable for all HR matters for corporate staff within the group in Hong Kong and China (with a small population in US and UK), with an oversight on workplace matters for the corporate office in Hong Kong
• Address any HR operational issues carried out by local HR counterparts, and provide directions on end-to-end HR processes, from talent acquisitions, rewards management, performance management, employee development and relations, and other on/off boarding matters
• Work closely with the Head of HR on providing HR advisory to Senior Management on achieving organization/people strategies and goals

• Tasked with the mission to provide comprehensive legal advice and transaction management for Global Markets business in Asia
• As part of the regional senior management to drive strategic expansion of global markets business and distribution of structured/DCM transactions across AP region with the collaborated effort with HQ 
• Take charge of review and negotiation derivatives, structured notes and debt capital markets transactions that called for extensive liaison with clients, external lawyers and regulators

• Own and contribute to supply chain results and activities related to supply planning
• Collaborate together with Demand Planning team on the S&OP processes
• Understand business strategies and supply chain Provide insights, alternative solutions, and understanding of supply chain best practices to business teams

• Report Regional HR Manager and partner with a small team of HRBP
• Accountable for accurate & timely payroll, taxation and C&B operations
• Facilitate on/off boarding, orientation/training logistics and recruitment operations by working in collaboration with business and HRBP
