As part of the Asia Marketing Communication Department, you’ll be tasked with the following accountabilities:

• Facilitate product marketing and channel marketing Campaigns
• Assist in the editing of bilingual marketing collaterals and pitching materials by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters
• Monitoring of Social Media/CRM

• Report to Regional Head of Financial Control
• Responsible for providing value added mgmt. reports to facilitate business planning and performance analysis for senior management across the region
• Conduct regional revenue and cost analysis

• As part of North Asia Regional COO Management team and report Head of Office Management
• Maintenance of Business Continuity cross FTB Offices from identifying critical functions; conducting business impact analysis to cater for environmental, social and pandemic related crisis
• Oversight the Physical Security, Safety and Access Control of HK Branch by closely monitoring the service standards of vendors

• As part of the Regional Credit Solutions team
• Conduct credit underwriting and risk assessment in accordance to regulatory & corporate governance
• Ensure timely processing of credit documentation, collaterals and on-going monitoring

As part of the Asia Marketing Communication Department, you’ll be tasked with the following accountabilities:

•  Regional Clients’ Events Coordination
• Support Channel Marketing and Social Media/CRM
• Facilitate the smooth implementation of product marketing campaigns by working closely with fund managers and institutional/intermediaries’ sales across the region and headquarters

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels, from job advertisement, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, to onboarding and administrative tasks with a dedicated focus and plan for diversity hiring
• Manage recruitment platforms and streamline internal recruitment processes, manage all open positions on internal and external platforms, create a talent pipeline for future openings, and manage retail management trainee and internship programmes with various institutions
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
