• Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of 4 HR professionals in HK & SGP 
• Accountable for end to end talent acquisition by working directly with hiring managers from FTB offices from understanding the requirements; interviewing candidates to providing recommendation to cater for business requirements; on-boarding to background screening
• Facilitate HRBP function that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review

• Provide insightful and value-added business performance/financial analytics to North Asia Branch CEO and senior management across the region/headquarters 
• As part of the global finance function to support business planning/development, annual budget and liquidity planning thru providing advisory to bankers/line managers/business heads across the business/product teams, case reviews for growth strategy
• Identify cost control measures and expenses review

As part of the CFO office, you will be entrusted with the following accountabilities

• Responsible for the GP Finance, Corporate & Financial Accounting, Audit and Taxation aspects
• Responsible for coordinating with internal/external counterparts for financial reporting to ensure the compliance with local GAAPs
• Oversight internal/external audit to fulfil local statutory/group reporting requirements

• Expansion headcount and assume the key regional corporate finance function

• Ensure the service standard of vendors and on-going budget control of the office

• Accountable for timely production of English & Chinese RFP and preparation of clients’ pitch/proposals and marketing collaterals
• Work closely with professional staff across capital markets, banking, corporate and various IP practices

• Report to the Head of HR & Business Partner and accountable for regional HR C&B Operations and payroll for HK Branch
• Facilitate the preparation of HRIS/dashboard reports to support staff planning & C&B review
• Accountable for employee life cycle management and timely management of employees’ enquiries

• Report to Regional Head of Compliance & Risk 
• Accountable for conducting 1.5 line of defense & risk assessment from account opening, product suitability, selling process and transaction review by collaborating with front office, investment, OR & Compliance professionals 
• Gatekeeper to ensure fulfilment of HKMA regulatory requirements

• Accountable for implementing the sustainable strategies in APAC
• Review investment process and products; conduct impact analysis to ensure the fulfilment of ESG/climate risks, sustainable finance disclosure, SFC/MAS regulatory requirements and corporate governance
• Conduct benchmarking analysis, stakeholder engagement, site investigations, macrotrend analysis, and data analytics to support project delivery

•  In charge of Payroll, Benefits, Pension operations and taxation for the Hong Kong Office by working closely with overseas vendors and internal finance department
•  Facilitate automation and process improvement initiatives
•  Key participant in revamping pension process and streamlining workflow
